Strangely, Karl Lagerfeld Has Apologized For Calling Adele Fat

Earlier this week, Karl Lagerfeld called Adele “a little too fat.” No one who has ever heard Karl Lagerfeld speak was surprised. However, in an act of self-awareness for which we were wholly unprepared, Lagerfeld has issued an apology. He told Paris' Metro:

“I’d like to say to Adele that I am your biggest admirer. Sometimes when you take a sentence out of the article it changes the meaning of the thought. What I said was in relation to Lana Del Rey and the sentence has since been taken out of context from how it was originally published. I actually prefer Adele, she is my favorite singer and I am a great admirer of her. I lost over 30 kilos over 10 years ago and have kept it off. I know how it feels when the press is mean to you in regards to your appearance. Adele is a beautiful girl. She is the best. And I can’t wait for her next CD.”

Who knew? Karl's metal heart is capable of love.

When our sister site, Blisstree, posted the video of exactly what happens in your body when you decide eating Ramen is a good idea, there was a lot of dry-heaving going on over here. It's not exactly a video that I think anyone wanted to see, but yet we all watched in horror.

As it was pointed out in the video “Top Ramen is made to survive armageddon,” so if we take that into consideration it probably isn't something we should be consuming ever, let alone frequently. Hear me, college kids? Step away from the Ramen.

Now everyone's favorite part of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (besides Fallon, of course), Questo of The Roots, tweeted this morning that his love affair with Ramen died today. ‘Tis a sad day when any love dies, especially one that's steeped in nostalgia for your college era or before you “made it big.”

From 1985 to today in 2012, Questo apparently had a healthy relationship with Ramen, as many did, but that all tragically ended because of one video. Twenty-seven years is a long time to have something or someone in your life and the recovery time can be hard. They do say it takes half as long as the relationship to get over something, so Questo has the next few years cut out for him.

So here starts the five steps of grieving for Questo with ‘denial' being his first. We wish him the best of luck.

Video: Sophia Grace And Rosie Perform An Original Rap On Ellen

It would be Sophia Grace and Rosie's style to return to America just in time to make all the Grammy nominees look like talentless hacks. They're appearing on Ellen today to debut their brand new original rap song, which I'm sure will go viral by the end of the day.

They're just an unbeatable duo: tutus, British accents, adorable videos and so many adoring fans. And I have to admit I've watched their older videos a few times now. Nothing makes my heart smile more (and I never, ever say things like that. This is just what Sophia Grace and Rosie do to me) than watching them meet Nicki Minaj.

So bookmark this post because next time you have a bad day, you'll want to watch it to cheer yourself up.
