Erie owes firefighter Wolski $206,665

The city of Erie's decision to fire Mary Wolski for setting a fire in a bathtub amid a suicide attempt in 2006 will cost $206,665. An eight-person federal jury on Monday unanimously ruled that the city violated the Americans with Disabilities Act when it terminated Wolski in April 2007.
