This article will demonstrate to you why Glutathione is so important to your health and well-being.

Glutathione (pronounced 'gloota-thigh-own') is the body's essential health ABC's - Antioxidant, Blood Booster and Cell Detoxifier.

It is a tripeptide composed of glutamic, cysteine and glycine. Glutathione is found in all cells in the body, including the bile, the epithelial lining fluid of the lungs, and - at much smaller concentrations - in the blood.

Glutathione is not yet a household word. Even some medical and holistic doctors who have heard the term may still have only a vague idea of what it is. Pharmanex Leads - are you buying Pharmanex leads? I don't know, but if you google; pharmanex leads, buy pharmanex leads, network marketing leads or mlm leads...you will see that a LOT of leads generating companies are SELLING leads.

Pharmanex is one of the best network marketing companines doing business on the internet today. It has many hopeful distributors who are great people and are trying very hard to make their business grow and prosper. The problem is not the company, the products, or the effort put forth by the multitude of hope-seeking, home business entrepreneurs. It is the flawed structure of the mlm system itself. There is always the upside down ration of salespeople to real customers. Way too many distributors and not nearly enough real customers who find value for their money in the open market. And then there is the mighty struggle to sponsor and build a downling.

What happens to your mlm business after you have made a contact list of 100 t0 200 names and phone numbers of your family members, closest friends as well as your butcher, baker and candlestick maker, tried to call them to set an appointment to see an hour long presentation, a.k.a infomercial, about your opportunity and they told you they were not interested, too busy or that you are crazy? ** 100 leads for $270 **($2.70 per lead)** 150 leads for $390 **($2.60 per lead)

So, the leads price, depending on the amount purchased, is $2.50 to $3.00. That doesn't sound too bad...or does it? The industry average is that for every 100 purchased leads, you will enroll 3 distributors.

Now, listen, I said DISTRIBUTORS, NOT CUSTOMERS. That is about $90 to $10per distributor, not counting the cost of your time and all the aggrivation and rejection you endured with calling the other 97 people that did not join you! If you are a great telemarketer and love to be rejected, humiliated and cussed at a little bit, maybe it would be worth it to you and you should stick with it. Success on the internet relies on having a good product or service which people are looking for. If you start a by providing quality information about products that furfl a need you will get more sales.

Selling is a skill and many people make the mistake of going strait for the sale rather than finding out about a personas needs. Selling online is very little different to selling offline.

How many time have you been to a holiday area in Spain, Malaysia, Greece or elsewhere and walked through an entertainment area or market. Hundreds of people are selling to you, but very few will spare the time to learn more about you.

I am involved with a pub/Retautrant business in Kota Kinabalu which relies on passing tourists and I always start with a question such as "Are you enjoying your holiday" or "Where are you from" then its a matter of making small talk before leading them towards having a beer or recommending somethink to eat. The success ration of this type of approach is much higher than thrusting a menu under someones nose.

The internet can be used in a similar way, if you have a web page that captures telephone numbers, give them a call and ask about their business or experience in working online build some kind of rapport with them before closing the deal.

Voice is far more effective than e-mail and you should make use of it as much as possible/
